Do I have to open more than one account to use E-ZPass® at other toll facilities?
No. Only one account is necessary to use E-ZPass®.
How long does it take to receive a transponder once I have placed a request or opened a new account online?
You will receive your transponder and an account profile in the mail within 5 - 7 business days.
Do I need to register all my vehicles?
Yes. You should provide E-ZPass® Maryland with details of all vehicles that you will use with your E-ZPass® account.
What if I forget my Personal Identification Number?
You may access your account on the E-ZPass® Maryland website. Choose MY ACCOUNT and click on the link labeled, "Forgot Password?". If you do not have access to the internet, please call 1-888-321-6824 and have your personal information ready to provide to a Customer Service Representative.
